Tyler Ono started his taxidermy business in a home garage. As his
business grew, he needed to look for a larger and more efficient
location – and he needed capital.
What
We Did:
Recognizing that managed growth needs a map, we wrote a business
plan that would function for both capital investment and future
company expansion. After initial meetings with Tyler, we researched
his industry, his competition and his current financials to put
together a plan suitable to present to banks or other funding outlets.
Tyler also now has a document on which to guide his business for
managed growth over the next 2 – 3 years.
